I've got a number of posts that GSC shows as "Submitted & Indexed", yet a site: "https:url.com" search on google shows no page on Google! Does anyone face a similar issue?

Never, how old are the posts?

Im having the same issue. And it is my first site that has this issue.

The site has over 300 posts but searching for site:domain.com only shows home and several pages. Searching for individual post shows that the page is indexed on Google.

The site has been running for a year.

Yes, but for me only happens on newly created posts (I did not submit them in GSC, google crawled and indexed itself).
I noticed, google comes around after a month or so

Happens only on this 1 site too, dunno why. would love to see any case studies if anyone has any on this.

But, regardless for me, the content whether its showing on google today and 1 month later, doesn't really change for me
But depending on your niche, it would be a different story.

In Google search console you have the option to export all your URLS to an Excel which will have the current position in search results

I'm in the same situation.

OP have you solved? i am having the same problem, gsc says the article page is indexed but when i search on google i can't find the article.

mostly all are facing the same issue, Google Search Console shows the URL is indexed but can't find the link when you search on google.

Guys I solved it by waiting a couple of days.
I have been waiting for two weeks and the number of GSC indexes keeps increasing. But a search for site:domain.com only shows the home page and a few pages.

It's quite strange. I had it once, did more internal linking and updated content. The pages shown on search went up.

I thought I solved this as more pages were shown on search, but now the number is going down again.

Now I'm waiting what will happen.

It has been a year for me.

I tried many things during this period
- Link building with web2.0, GP, NE
- I merged another ranking sites to it to increase posts to 1k and transfer a bit of ranking

but still nothing on Google yet. My site is ranking on other search engines.

random crap.. nothing you can do about it
here is scary part: you will see a link in your backlink report in GSC and when you search for that link on google, it is not indexed!!! shows you how trust worthy is the data that they present to you. i don't doubt about their having their shit together on the data management on the backend, but the front end is a cluster fuck

That is true. There are some similar situations around the net. But I think that is useful information to keep in mind and make conclusion. That worth not to start any serious investment before your web site gets indexed (of course that can be deindexed as well). Only after you are sure that your site is in Index that can be considered as the signal to start serious SEO actions and investments.

I posted a thread on this a couple of days ago as well. The search console says I have pages indexed. They rank for keywords and then vanish, I check using Site:website.com/page and the page is nowhere to be found. I also try site:website.com followed by a keyword and other pages on my site show up but not said page. I keep thinking it's some weird random google dance but the pages are sometimes months old and slowly climbing and then... gone. Glad I am not the only one experiencing stuff like this but the guy who said it's happening to his website for over a year now... that's horrifying.

Same exact thing happened to me. I had no idea it was happening either because I was so busy.. My site is 4 months old now and I recently realized that out of 42 pages, 12-15 fell out of index after capturing a few impressions here and there.

Bummer but I'm getting some pages indexed again now. Oh well, can't rush it I guess.
