The second question is how the device's resources are consumed in terms of direct broadcasting

I think you need live streaming service like cloudflare live stream, dacast, ibm cloud stream etc. They could provide you elastic servers on demand right in real time and the most important thing CDN that provides high quality for all your lookers no matter on geography.
