Best Bulk Cold Emailing Solution 2021

my 2 cents about inboxing/better open rate
if you are into WH/Greyhat split between smtp's (AmazonAWS/sendgrid/postmarkapp.com/sendpulse/mailgun/mailjet/sendinblue/ (there is tens more) , with the right template and subject (and of course content) you can have an amazing open rate.
Blackhat stuff with spammy titles ..., 2 servers , 1 for mass mailing and another one that will be for only openers and clickers (since you are blackhatters you can include unsubscribers too)
the open rate will not be the same (not even close) but the cost is worth it (find some russian/ netherland/ estonian servers , even french (from ovh) ) keep it slow and warm those ip's , don't get greedy , you will eventually make some serious $$$ , take it easy and choose your title wisely (include a fake report as spam link , this will help your ip reputation)
great stuff man, I really appreciate your activity and willingness to share your knowledge and help everyone in this thread.

are you doing any bulk cold emailing these days? if so what's your setup like?

tbh, I'm looking for a quick cash from this so I can pay some debt caused by my previous business and start over fresh.

I just have to make a couple of thousands fast and bulk cold email marketing with affiliate links seems to be the best way to achieve such fast results.

any golden nuggets shared by you and other experienced members are very appreciated as this will help lot of people who'll find this thread eventually.

I never said 1 Gmail account. 1 account can send out 100 or 150 if you are lucky, but let's keep it realistic and say 50 per day.

That means you need 2k accs for 100k emails daily. Though I would give accs 24h rest to keep them safe so 4k accs. (2k sending day A, 2k sending day B)

Problem solved.
I also write an apps script to do this before but quite tired to set up at the beginning to all Gmail account to use my script.
Do you use any service to manage this account for sending?

I have tried to send with Gmail account before, maximum could reach to 100 emails per day per account but now maybe it decreases.
Also one more thing, content is really important.

You just can't use services like MailChimp, they will ban you ASAP. I don't know Amazon SES well. Personally, I think the best way to send cold emails is with Gmail / G suite accounts. It gave me the best results so far since 5 years.

The setup I use to get more than 70% open rates is like I said :

- 1 Gsuite account
- Several domains
- 1 email address per domain : to avoid contamination
- Different content between address to avoid contamination
- Max 200 emails sent/ day per email address
- Maximize the delay between emails
- Sending with Gsuite via MailShake, QuickMail, Reply etc.
- High engagement on each mailbox with a warm up tool like mailreach, etc..
- And of course, very important : a good copy that does not irritate people, not too pushy / salesy, it has to be human / helping etc..

That's a complex mix of a lot of factors to achieve a perfect email deliverability but the main one is to act human.

But you can also decide that you don't give a shit of all this, but you'll get 4% open rate max over the time.
Its a very interesting guide. Thanks. But what about the email sent? Plain text does not support possibilities to track email (and so see how many opening or adding urls). What is your skim? to send HTML with pixel image for tracking or how?

thanks

Check the marketplace

Yes content is very important

I use sendinblue SMTP (pretty cheap) + sendblaster software, it's working so good
Why dont you use immidiatly the template and everything of sendinblue and indeed using sendblaster?

What's the delivery/open rate you're getting from this Gmail setup and is your conversion rate affected because you're sending these cold emails from a Gmail account rather than a custom domain? I think these are very important metrics

Realistically 60%+ though the subject line is a very important factor in that. With G Suite I can use custom domains as well but I recommend not using those because they get flagged easily and you'll end up in spam.

You can make a Gmail look official too btw. E. g. [email protected]

That's not really a plain text email, there are trackers in it, but it looks plain text, it just looks like a normal email.

By the way, having trackers in your emails decreases your deliverability. One of the strategies of really good cold emailers is to remove the tracking as soon as you have sent enough emails to know your results.

Guys, I see some people having 30% open rate here and be proud of it. Come on, 30% open rate is not good. When you're sending letters to people, expecting to have a 30% open rate is a really low goal, why wouldn't you get 70, 80, 90% open rate ?

Because that's possible. But not by blasting shit loads of cheap emails everywhere with complicated systems. I've never understood all this overengineering shit just to have 30% open rate.

Guys, there are hundreds of engineers working everyday to stop these behaviors. That's pretty easy to spot a spammer right now, we're not in the 90s anymore, and this is spamming.

I get 70% open rate on average because of 4 main things actually :

- My email sending is human as I said before (or at least, it looks pretty human)
- I respect strict processes on deliverability (email list cleaning, sending to nominative addresses only, custom tracking domain, delay between emails, etc)
- I'm a copywriter, I know how to write copies that please people and DON'T irritate them. I don't send cheap salesy emails that nobody likes.
- And yes Mailreach helps me get high engagement on each of my email accounts, and that helps a lot since engagement is now a very important factor to decide where you land.

Hey, but to be able to warm up my SMTP to send 20k emails per day - I need at least a couple of weeks to increase my limits to reach 20k per day.. and I'll also get banned quickly since I'm using one domain/SMTP server right? or are you saying that I create multiple SMTP servers with multiple custom domains and do it that way?

I appreciate your input man, I'm not a technical guy so please feel free to correct me and share your knowledge. thanks

You need to send only a few emails in the first week. There are blacklists that just look for the domain registration date and new domain old get out of that list after 1 week.
You can emails to the most common emails providers first to see if they get delivered.
After 1 week you can add 1k to your sending each day using only 1 IP and 1 SMTP server.
Just don't send more than 100 emails per minute in the first month because you might get a 60 seconds ban from providers.

are those numbers B2B or B2C and how many emails are you sending? those are some great results for a cold emailing campaign. what program do you use to manage all your Gmail accounts at once?

Do you mean removing trackers from the emails that were already sent? is that to keep the sending Gmail account healthy?

I'm looking to send cloaked affiliate links in the emails, do you think this will decrease my email deliverability? how many cold emails do you send per day?

Hey Can you suggest a good affiliate to work with (with mil list )? i work with some affiliats but the cpm is really bad most of the time they stols the leads

No problems, I send 10k to 15k per day and following the stats less than 0.3% of people are reporting the mail as spam

I have a huge oppening rate (more than 30%)
are you sending these from the one domain?

Nice man I noticed you are using gmass with gmail and posted about it in another thread. I want to do the same thing and was wondering how is it working out for you so far? I have a small budget and cant afford to lose it so would like your feed back if it works and are your accounts able to send without getting disabled by google?
