May I ask you why my credits disappeared?

Your credits haven't disappeared. They have expired just as stated in BST, on sales page as well as in our FAQ.

I do hope that this helps to demystify fact where credits might have disappeared. So let's start:

I hope that this resolves it.

Our packages are made for our customers to use as they find suitable.

We have a lot of customers using time-limited packages that have expiry date set without no hiccups. Everyone uses our service as they see fit.

Sad enough, i wasn't able to fully test this, but that's ok, lots of unforeseen things piled up that week and was only able to send a portion of links thru


Went ahead and purchased the 1k package instead
Got to say, so far, about 80% of the links i submitted have been indexed !
pretty happy so far with the results
