American bank add problem HELP

Hi guys, while adding my american bank account to my facebook account, an error comes immediately after sms verification. "Sorry, your account does not show sufficient funds at this time.". I have 7 dollars in my account. Why am I getting such an error?

im USA you can use bank account for facebook too.
but in each banks - can will be problems with connection

because if you have problems with connection - try connect to paypal and there in facebook

I'm trying to add TD Bank. I have to add my bank account and process, not paypal ..
