Just do a 3 minute game. Cheaters will mess up in the end game as generators take 5-10 sec to think of a move.

Not exactly. I saw someone yesterday playing against a cheater with 3 second per move.
There is no way you survie against a computer in 60 moves.

I don't know why people would cheat in a game of chess honestly. Why play if you're just going to win with a computer.. surely people care about the actual fun of playing?
