Can i use Vps or web hosting to mine bitcoin?

Hello, I'm planning to mine bitcoin but I don't want to use my own rig and it's definitely not capable of mining even a Satoshi. Any advice would be appreciated

If you can get VPS for free, its probably gonna be profitable.
But if you need to pay, most of the time its not profitable

it can run but it is not optimal and very slow, because the average VPS specification is not designed for bitcoin mining purposes, plus more and more higher specifications are needed, or another alternative is to use a cloud mining service provider

You should mine otherwise crypto currency den exchange to btc. XMR is cool for vps. Its a cpu coin.

I don't have the budget to buy a good rig! I basically use my laptop just to test it but after 2 hours my computer freezes and have to push the restart button again

But a cloud rig that could help you mining and that's made specially for that purpose
As far as I know nowadays using VPS for mining is totally unprofitable but I could be totally wrong

most providers dont allow it and turn off your vps. even if they allow you gonna make like 2 or 3 dollars a month lol

Cloud mining rigs aren't profitable either. Speaking from experience. Some are just out to rip u off your money. If u can get vps for free then u can make profit mining almost any coin.
