How do I receive my $450

Short story: US client paid me via payoneer $450 but then Payoneer put money on hold till payee sends additional information. Client doesn't want to send ID/PASSPORT. Have received $28k+ from other clients since March last year with no such holds, only the normal 2-3 day holds.

What other platform can I use to receive payments from US clients, without them knowing I'm from a 3rd world country? IE they can pay via cc or debit.... Or bank transfer (us virtual bank account). -payoneer has this option. But with their holds and asking potential buyers for proof of identity will cut my sales.

I resell services and it's very hard to charge high pricing if you bill a client from a 3rd world country.

Please help with solutions.....

Seems payoneer has served you well. You should expect things like this occasionally, regardless of the platform you use.Just put it behind you as one of those things and move on.

This is why I hate these platforms move to cryptocurrency, that's safe none can bother you

You can try Transferwire, Skrill and PayPal (although probably not good option).

Or you can create listing on eBay and let the buyer buy it via card/PayPal.

Or you can create listing on Fiverr/Upwork, although both of them take a lot of % in fees, I don't know if it's worth it for you.

You can also tell him to make Coinbase account and send you cryptocurrency.

Yes I want to move on.. that's why I am asking for an alternative. Your advice is noted.

With that I will lose even more. Most of these people are busy that's why they outsource services to me.... They won't even figure out what crypto is.

I have heard of transferwise and Skrill but never figured them out, that is noted and will try them.

Paypal also puts money on hold plus they lock my accounts after reaching $5k

Creating new listings will appear funny but it's a nice method will not try it out though.

Will include crypto as my payment options.

Thanks y'all for the information.

I second transferwise. A wonderful service.

I never had problems with skrill, but for some reason i just dont trust them.

Payoneer is awesome, i never had the type of problem youre having. But i only take payments there with cards and payo-to-payo payments, i never receive via bank transfer.

gaypal is the devil... tread carefully...

You can try 2checkout, but you need a website to apply.

Crypto of course always an option... Well, an option for you as the seller, less so for most buyers unfortunately.

Transferwise is crazy. I sent my first payment through them this week and it arrived in the receivers bank account in 12 minutes, and he was on the other side of the world. Fees less than 1% :)

Payoneer has been a mess of late. They blocked my 3 Yr old account last Month with no reason given till date. That's wen I found out they were on an account blocking spree. I wish them the best. I'm done

Skill, payoneer,transferwise, paypal.

All served me well.

I'll be honest I am from uk I had shit load problem getting back to normal over the Brexit shit that made most company get more secure info from uk clients but now no problems at all very happy use them all .

I used Paypal when I worked with a freelancer from a 3rd world country. So crypto, Transferwire and lastly Paypal.

Paypal gave me hell lost about a lot of opportunities due to their holds. My transfer wise cannot receive currency in USD. So im fucked.... Will have to stick to payoneer. They cleared the payment by the way. Thanks. Please add more feedback. Let us know your experiences.

Use Paxum/TransferWise/Skrill ..all of them are more stable and the fees are good

I work exclusively in crypto, depending on how tech savvy your clients are and how much of a relationship you have built with them, it might be a solution worthwhile for you to look into.
