getting link clicks at good cost but no one is ordering products

running ads for e commerce store

Not all time that you have visitors on your web store means they are ready to buy NO,some visitors are return visitors that will comeback after some days to make purchase

Getting traffic doesn't guarantee that people would buy for sure. Sale is more probable if there is more traffic.

Facebook is having serious issue since 2 weeks. All of my winning campaigns are no longer working. I thought it was only me then I read in online forums, people with many years more experienced than me having the same issues. From 20+ orders per day my ads went to 5-6 orders a day. I have decided to pause the campaigns till everything is solved.

How is that possible?

did only the sales decrease or clicks AND sales?

I am running "Send Message" campaigns as this is what matches with my business.

I was getting great amount of messages. Since 2 weeks it all stopped as everyone else in the internet talking about.

My cost per result has drastically increased as I am receiving very few messages which is making my sales down.

Tried everything, duplicating, creating new ads, creating new contents, images, all silent. Just the money is draining

Contacted FB support, and as I see they are trying to sell me something like they want to give me a Free call to "help" me to grow my business lol

They have no answers for why my campaigns of all a sudden started failing.

about how many clicks
and which market you are advertising

Are you targeting the right audience? What is the price of your product? What does your site look like?
So many question to give a good answer. It most def is a conversion problem
Have you tried retargeting?
