Hello my first try on google ads with flareaccount vcc

Created FlareAccount for VCC
Used old Gmail account on RDP
Created one google ads account and added vcc from Flareaccount
But it got instant ban...
anyone knows how google banning this. And can i use this vcc on bing ads . i have many coupons on bing
