I already left one review from the smaller 500 site list / 'review copy' that I received at the launch of this thread.
UPDATE:
Turns out I'm taking my own advice. Just purchased the FULL LIST today and it's more of the same good stuff in my OG review. Solid sites. Solid metrics. Well organized. Good contact information. Everything you need to hit the ground running.
I'm putting our outreach team on this ASAP.

I haven't yet tried to submit guest post, but I've seen one site that is being sold by another seller for more than 250 U$S.
My only complaint is that it doesn't have many blogs for my main niche, although you can manage to get backlinks with sites from other niches. So it's not really an issue.
I recommend this for SEO agencies that want to do outreach marketing.
