Ordered a monetised channel from these guys - channel and Adsense account were delivered within 24 hours which was great. However, upon receipt of the channel I noticed that although monetisation was enabled, there was only 2k watch hours present on the account - after speaking with the support agent on Skype, he reassured me that it wasn't anything to worry about and the remaining 2k hours would be delivered within 24 hours, which did happen. However, less than a week later all the views and watch hours have dropped and the channel is at risk of immediate demonetisation.

Tried to reach out to them on Skype but heard nothing back yet.

To any future buyers please be aware that they don't seem to be using a reliable method for the watch hours (definitely not real human views that's for damn sure)!

Hopefully this gets resolved quickly and doesnt end up as a shit list but ill everyone updated

No videos were uploaded, edited or deleted. No channel details were added, edited or removed.

On 8th of January, the channel lost 4000+ hours of watch time and it lost its monetization. It also lost 63 subscribers out of 1097.
The watch time was definitely not obtained through organic nor white-hat means.

The seller kept ignoring my mails regarding the demonetization for days until I finally went on his website and started an online chat with his support.
They refused to offer any sort of solution claiming that their ToS says that all monetized YouTube channel sales are final and they only offer support for 7 days after you buy a channel.

They are claiming it is my fault that the YouTube channel is now demonetized.

I'm not interested in any further collaboration.
I demand a full refund.

I've had a response from the staff on Skype - they have apologised and offered a full refund, which I'm currently waiting for but providing the refund arrives, ill be happy with how this was handled.

I've been a YouTuber since 2013, I own a YouTube channel with 300k subscribers and over 50M views (organic growth).
I refused to touch the channel I received from this seller because being a YouTuber you become paranoid about their AI bots and their draconian means of getting to you if you are trying to fool them. The seller said it was ok to change the Google AdSense account and remove the other owners - so these are the only actions I took on the channel. Then I decided to let it sit in standby one month as a test - I explained in my above post why.

Your answer is disgraceful, Kieu Minh Nhat. How can the loss of watch time (from 4000+ hours to 2.2 hours) and subscribers (from 1097 subs to 1034) be my fault??
This answer should be unacceptable for any potential buyer of a monetized YouTube channel.

Initially I thought they would collaborate and try to find a solution for the loss of (fake) watch time and subscribers.
I even told their support that I'll give them ownership back to the channel in order to verify that nothing was touched besides the Google AdSense account and the owners.
But they refused to collaborate.
I have screenshots of all our conversations and mails. Here's another one:

How can the loss of 4000+ hours of watch time from the videos your team uploaded not be possible to verify from YouTube Studio??! Check my above post, there's a screenshot from YouTube Studio.

Probably if I would have paid with PayPal, they would have refunded me already in order to not risk their PP account. But I paid through CoinPayments (crypto) - my mistake.
I'll also send to CoinPayments a report about his business as soon as I finish and publish my investigation about how I was scammed by EazyViral and how their scam works.

They still refuse to refund me the order and I now see myself forced to create my first "shit list" on this forum.

PS. Why do you only have fresh monetized YouTube accounts? Why don't any of them have more than a few days of monetization on?
PPS. If you were planning to buy a monetized YouTube account, avoid this seller at all costs.

He apologized for the situation claiming that his staff mishandled my order and they didn't actually look carefully into my issue when I contacted them.

He decided to fully refund me my order. Which happened almost immediately. Big up for this one.
