Searching for good/fresh IPv4 Suppliers/Question regarding Squid/Proxy creation

Hey, maybe one of you could help me find a good IPv4 provider that allows to lease them for a short time period. The location doesnt matter because I can assgin IPs from every Organistion. I tried Heficed but they have poor qualtiy. The price of the Subnets should be under 0.80$ for each IP. If anyone knows a good Provider please let me know. I dont need Proxies, I only need IPv4 for lease.I need them for EU Sneaker Sites so US suppliers might be good.

The other question is, I experienced that my Proxies get banned fast. Other Provides do not have these Problems. I configured Squid so that the Proxies are ELITE Proxys, but I gets banned pretty quckliy. That is why I was wondering if I could do ome adjustments to keep them unbanned. I saw that some Providers use latencey but is this really neccesary? I want to keep them as fast as possible. Thanks for your time!

Hey, I know but I need faster Speeds than I get from Resis. And because the most companies that sell Datacenter IPs are overpriced I am creating them for myself. But its hard to find a good IPv4 Supplier.

Hey, I need DC Proxies and because they arent cheap. Thats why. If I create them I only pay less than the half I would pay, if I would by them from resellers.

Hey I get banned from websites. I use them for sneaker Proxies.I tried to make the proxies as anonymous as possible. If you want I can send you my squid config via pm

Residential proxy is your best bet to be anonymous. If you are using data center range, you can be easily detected by IP2Location.
