He botted the listenings in the beginning as far as I remember, but he starts getting more and more organic listeners

Not bad, picked up a few large clients last year and spent lockdown working more on my own stuff. I started in 2018 though, not last year.

Sounds like your friend has a lot better music than I do if he's getting a decent number of organic listeners.
