I did some research on google keyword planner and fetched around 500 quality long tails, but I still don't know what to do with them, should I include them in the tags, title or in the post?
I run a tube site so it's difficult to include them in the post since there isn't a lot of text in the first place.

Without a text content site is useless to know this. But consider that 95% of the sites can be text content based if you put the text somewhere readable but maybe not in the top.

Adding some in the tags won't do anything?
Do you know what tags do? I'm using WordPress btw

Keywords are meant to be everywhere. In your title, tags, headings, bullets, in between the articles, author description and so on.
Which ones to put where? That's where the magic lies.

Not many "tags" to be set... metadescription and metatitle at most.
Not is always needed a HUGE amount of content.
If I'm querying Gugly for "Arnold Schwarzenegger age", a simple function that retrieves the age from 30th july 1947 and writes
"The age of Arnold Schwarzenegger is 73 years" is MORE THAN ENOUGH CONTENT to satisfy the intent.

In your case, since we don't know the list of keywords, you must understand the intent for those keywords the best you can (if they are many, just make some guesses)

Check this: it may serve you to understand many SEO concepts:

Thanks for the reply, I think I get it now

Long-tail keywords are mostly used in your articles also add your meta tag. you will write the article with your LSI and long-tail keywords with 4:1 ratio. it will help you to improve your ranking your main keywords

Have a article aound this keyword. Put it on title and tag and wherever possible

Thanks for the recommendation, I need to learn more about LSI though

But it's a tube site, should I still make articles? If so, should there be videos on the article page?
