My 40,000 Subscriptions + Your Aged Stripe Or Merchant Account

Throughout the last 3 years, ive managed to accumulate over 40,000 customers at a $19.99 Monthly price point. They are all customers that have subscribed for a subscription on our website. The problem is running these subscriptions on our merchant accounts, due to the sheer amount of volume, it's hard to continue to process these on our merchants.

Here's where you come in, if you have AGED Stripe accounts, or merchant accounts in which we can run our subscriptions, i'm offering a 15% profit split with you each and every month. If you can do the math on this,

1. There's alot of trust involved. Ive used close relatives, friends etc in the past and present,.

2. This is for processing subscriptions, we try our best to keep chargebacks as low as possible, it usually ends up dwindling around 3-4% which is higher than stripe allows, after a few months,Stripe won't allow to process as it's above the 1% chargeback threshold that they allow. So this is best if you're currently not using Stripe anymore or have moved onto other merchant accounts.

3. I've got a CPA who's been handling all my books and the ones of our signers, the 80% i pay out is my expense and i don't pay taxes on that. I can either 10-99 you, but either way you'd be paying taxes on it and of course my team can help with this as this is something we're already well familiar with.

Of course, there are other expenses incurred on holding the subscriptions, customer service etc, monthly fees, advertising expenses etc.... So it just comes down to your CPA, or if you decide to use ours (which i recommend) who's very good at what he does, and making sure you're an S-CORP, and paying yourself through your LLC's etc...But we can talk all day on ways to restructure your business and save on taxes but thats a conversation in and of itself.

You have a charge back problem, So any stripe account will eventually shutdown as far as you are hitting 3-4% cb. You should either find a high-risk merchant account or add some security features to reduce your chargebacks, Its not adult since you are using stripe. What industry are you?

Are you able to activate 3d secure payments? The card holder receive a SMS verification code, It almost kills all card fraud...

It’s truly unfortunate when you are scammed by a reputable user on this forum. Smh. @Therealdarkpegasus scammed me for $2,000. I purchased 3 different aged stripe accounts.
Upon delivering the accounts he was not able to access them or give me the code to login. I’ve messaged him, called him over a week to finish the account and to allow me access. He’s ignored my claims. Truly sad as this is a forum I turn to for real long term JV’s and to be taken advantage of from a top person on this forum is truly disheartening. If you know @Therealdarkpegasus please message him to make this right.
