so is will be for email marketing i have data i just tray i lot of things like api smtp but now a want a vps how have a good ips because i want install PMTA on it

If you buy a certain amount of extra dedicated IPs with your server and keep rotating them, you can use your marketing stuff without affecting the IPs for a long time. There are many providers out in the market, I used to use XenonHost to do similar kind of stuff.
