Well, this topic can be discussed in a very scientific way. Just take a look at the excess mortality. If there would be a super dangerous virus out there, the excess mortality should skyrocket (take a look at the graphic below) compared to the last few years.
Most western countries are publishing stats like this. Germany and Switzerland do for example.
Here are the stats of the excess mortality in Switzerland. From 2015 to 2021.
Stop believing and check the stats.
There is excess mortality for people over 70 years. Yes, this virus is dangerous for older people.
"In the under-65 group (81 percent of the Swiss population), Corona is not statistically noticeable. There is no excess mortality here," explains Swiss Anton Gunzinger after examining the 2020 figures in great detail. But in the group of people over 80 (5.3 percent of the Swiss population), Corona has led to clear excess mortality.
As a result, says engineer Gunzinger, "We have to protect the risk groups more consistently, more strongly and better than before against the virus. The rest of the population - that is, the vast majority of 94 percent - we must protect from lockdown in return." Because the lockdown also causes suffering, which we have to take seriously.

Yeah but to be fair, we know that all 418,500 of them actually died from WWII and doctors in 1944 weren't being paid $32,000 to put them on intubators and chalk them up as "WWII deaths".

Completely forgot about that argument that seems to crop up again and again. Ignore all other evidence. Not every country has the same broken for-profit health care system.
UK Civilian WW2 deaths = 70,000
UK Covid Deaths = 93,290
Looks like the UK has broken the record without being paid for using incubators (not intubators).

Hey, you know that by selectively choosing to add the UK Civilian death stat from WWII (because it's obviously much, much lower than the military deaths), you're doing what's known as "statistical manipulation".
Aka, showing the stats that support your point instead of the fair stats. You showed total US deaths in WWII (military and civilian) because that was about the same as reported US COVID deaths, but used British civilian deaths from WWII only, because total deaths would no doubt be much higher than UK COVID deaths, and that wouldn't support the point you're trying to make.

Things like this have always happened only difference is most people never cared because it didn't affect them as long as bad things only affected the poor ,mentally ill ,developmentally disabled ect no one seems to care but when the family man with a house on a hill and a white picket fence is affected NOW its a problem and the world is shit. Good luck in 2021 everyone's going to need it
