Using tainted IP address? My ISP keeps giving me them.

My ISP sometimes gives IPs that are listed as spam or said to be a proxy or vpn connection. At least that's what ipqualityscore says. I know that a lot of people here say when you are doin the whole 4g proxy thing you have to make a list so you don't use the same one twice and burn your accounts. I don't use proxy or anything with all my accounts because I only have one of each and are not banned(yet) but I wanted to know if these tainted IPs are gonna screw me? Concast just changes my IP sometimes for apparently no reason.

It's normal that ip addresses are getting re-assigned. Everyday users receive those ips too, there shouldn't be any issue. I'm not sure, what accounts are you talking about, but it shouldn't matter on social media sites for instance (otherwise everday users would be getting their accounts banned left and right). If you want to use the ips for webscraping or mailing - what you shouldn't anyway - there can be issues.

Proxy/VPN detection is not always reliable. If i check my static cable ip on ipqualityscore, it detects it as a proxy/VPN ip, which is obviously not true and it has a fraud score of 55. If i check it on a bunch of other sites (whatismyipaddress, whatismyip, infobyip, ip2proxy), neither of those detect it as a proxy, which is correct. I never had any issue with an ip provided by any ISP, when managing legit accounts.

Haha yea thats why I made this thread my static cable ip says I'm a VPN scammer with a fraud score of 88. The reason I was worried because i have hear of people using 4g proxies from their phone making list to make sure never use the same one twice but that never made any sense to me.

Based on my test, I do not trust ipqualityscore's rating also...
Their website data are good for a "scam" proxy provider!
Other give bad rating...

Almost all ISPs (broadband and mobile carriers0 have blacklisted IPs in their IP pool. This is something normal and something to expect given that they have million of users (especially nation-wide ISPs).

There is nothing you can do as an ISP won't look to refresh their IP pool very often.

There are providers in my country with 100% spammy IPs. The rare is finding a clean one.

I can switch it if I want by resetting the modem but sometimes I just randomly get new ones. Didn't used to be that way.

It completely matters what "accounts" you're talking about. Gmail? IG? Each platform / service has totally unique rules about usnig IPs and the real experts are those that have built this knowledge and know how to push the platforms to the limits.
