Hello Guys I want to know whether @adworkmedia really honor and pay their publisher for their hard earned money. I spend over $100 to promote offers from Adworkmedia and I generated $250 for two months August and September. I was supposed to paid earning for the month of August on 30th September and earning for September on 31st October since am in Net30 but Adworkmedia didn't pay me any. The payment invoice was generated for August earnings and it is pending since then and the September earnings are still being shown in current balance. Looks like they have left my account in dark. I have been trying to get a reason but their support team never replied in two months. See screenshot for proof.

From what I’m seeing many have faced issues getting paid recently, the only time they get the money is by coming here and complaining and then someone called RushingWind has to contact the owners about it. The network has gone down hill which is a shame because I know it once had a great reputation.

But it should not come to this every time someone needs support, it's not professional nor acceptable. Frankly, I'm getting sick of seeing threads complaining about the lack of support, they should sort it out or close the network down.

Find an alternative, and move on.
Look at FB, how much shit they get, with banning people left and right for no reason

I don't use their business but can see MANY users of this forum facing issues with them and their lack of support, this is a public forum so if I want to post about it I will and nothing you say will prevent me from giving my opinion. You're only piping up because they helped YOUR case, what I care about is the other members that will face the same issues (ongoing). I have been in the CPA game since 2010 or perhaps before. What are you talking about? I also have an account with AdWorkMedia which I can still access if I wanted to and remember getting VERY SLOW responses via the tickets.

I don't use their business NOW! I have an account with them. You don't read what anyone replies before you respond do you, you just keep replying without actually reading what they write so you end up looking very unintelligent.

I have no issue with you or that network on a personal level mate 100%. But you said yourself they have issues with support and as a network that's not good enough, if you owned a business would you offer top support or make your users wait for weeks/months before replying back to them. Understand their users rely on them for financial support and that's something that does annoy me yes, I honestly hope they turn things around again and come back strong but right now I just see constant negative threads about their (support).
No hard feelings towards you and sorry if thing got a bit heated.
