Question regarding setting up a new fb business manager

I plan on using a friend's Facebook account (which is old and has decent engagement) for Facebook ads. I will be using my personal computer to use this account.

Will this work? How do I prevent it getting instantly disabled again? Would appreciate any insight on this.

Use another browser. So if you use Chrome to access your own account you can use Firefox to access your friends account. I understand your personal account was banned? It would be good to also use another IP.

Thanks for the input and I too have heard that I should use a different browser. But how can I attain a new IP? Would I need to use a completely new computer for that?

A new computer will not change your IP... Some people can get a new IP by resetting their internet modem... Else you can try to use a phone with 4G as hotspot. You need something residential or a mobile IP.

You should use a brand new IP and verify the identity of that account as well

Unfortunately, I can't change my ip by restarting my router and I can't set up a hotspot because of the limits set by my carrier. Do you know of any other way?

Your IP address is not currently flagged. But some time later your accounts will be arrested for identity verification
