cloaking means you are hiding your real landing page (money page) from Google bots/reviewers. Now, if you are using the same site as your safe page and money page then that site/domain is already flagged if you were banned already. You can always use your money page over and over again if you use different safe page per account.

I have not been banned i have done $350 threshold and its already due I wanna try the same website (my main website and money website) using cloaker with another threshold. Will google find it out?

most likely it would be circumventing issue. Just make a new site as safe page and redirect to your same money website (cloaked)...

If the cloaker is doing a good job, this can surely be done. I would always recommend to test the cloaker with different IPs, User Agents and such, before it goes live, so that problems can be solved before they occur.
