I opened a thread about "Need SEO for My Site" and I got so many replied from different service providers. Now I have to choose someone from them and start work but before that I need some recommendation which guy should I choose.

Hmmm. I don’t want to say it. Really? No one. Make your own research, don’t take every positive review serious, ask for samples.
