If you're good at selling - you'll see the most money there by far.

Programming is also good money, but be prepared to always work over to meet the deadlines, sitting at a desk literally writing code for 8-10hrs/day everyday. It tends to be quite boring no matter if you like it or not...

For the programming job, please don't be drawn in by the "we have ping pong tables, our own gym, a lot of AW's bla bla bla". They obviously hire you to work, not to play tabletennis.

Sales means you can also run your own company.
