Can i rewrite articles from other languages

Assuming im proficient in both languages, can i place article 1 in google translate(switch it to english) and fix any mistakes & then post it on my blog? Is this punishable?

It is good trick to get unique content. no isn't punishable, just make sure to check the generated content on copyscape tools.

It is OK to do, but you should have a good grasp on english because google translate will make a really ugly and full of mistakes text

Wenn Deutsch deine Muttersprache ist würde ich es auch so machen.

You will get much better results from rewriting it back to your native language providing you have understood the topic your translating xD

Also Germany is a Tier 1 country so speaking german can give you an advantage^^^
