I have faced issues always with paypal regarding SMM,
My question is, can my clients transfer their money to some kind of exchanger so i could get bitcoin to my adress or something?
Is any option like that available?

Yeah it is, u can use paxful and find trader there

you can try coinbase and your clients will make the payment directly in crypto and as a marketplace they can use localbitcoins a fast and easy set up and i think the biggest marketplace for cypto or at least one of the biggest
