Here's my experience on the service.

I bought the service knowing that I could use it in RAKUTEN.CA but apparently you can only use it in RAKUTEN.COM (so this is useful if you're living in USA, you can use it from CANADA only when the store offers PayPal or you have credit card in USA, so check first if you're buying from CANADA)

Anyhow, I ended up buying a target giftcard. At first, the account didn't reflect the cashback after buying so I had to get support from rakuten. Rakuten didn't see any purchases from target so I had to send them the order details and screenshot (always take screenshot after purchasing). I've waited few days until I got the cashback but it worked. (See attached picture)

Cashking guided me through the whole experience I was having, so the communication was great.
