Email marketing with gmail

Hey, I'm planning to message some people on an email list I got. I have around 1000 emails I want to message and a few gmail accounts. Does anyone have any suggestions for what limits I should do so I don't get my messaged blocked by gmail?

How you manage 1000 emails?
Every email need forward, less security-enabled, etc
and with the same IP these accounts will link each other
It's not an easy work
