ranker x content bucket

hi guys i pull content in ranker x from kontent machine.Do i need to edit invidual titles after having pulled?Since the titles do not refelect what i want.see pic below.
Also my backlinks profile do not change.over one month i got only 55 backlinks and DR is 0.4.any help on what i can do?
