Hi,

I got banned after posting up my first product some years ago, now I have a new computer, can I use this and create a new account?

I got banned on my wifi, but if I use my phone 4g, would it work? Would they ban me if I use the same paypal too? But I have a old paypal I don't have used in years if that might work?

If so, could I use my name, or do I have to use fake name hahah?

All you can do is open an account and see how it goes. After that many years, I'd be surprised if you were still banned but it may depend on the severity of the infraction as well. Don't use anything fake.. just do it as normal and see where things stand. Just take action. You won't know otherwise.

2. Using the same paypal - that's an easy link for them. But is it POSSIBLE to use it again? YES.
3. Old Unused Paypal - Definitely YES

It is easiest just to get a vps/rdp to be honest. So much less to worry about.
