Blog comment spamming is not allowed. You are however welcome to scrape with the proxies.

Yup i agree that the price and service of packetflip is good.
but my order was wasted as it doesnt support hotmail and craigslist.

any guidance would be thanked a lot if iam wrong and there is an other way to make those work.

I read in the TOS that it didn't allow email or classified ads aka craigslist. However could one still use them to uhm...browse Craigslist?
