Got suspended by ebay and paypal for a long time ago.

Now trying to make new account and get back to sell, ebay asked for ID docs and adress proof.

Realized at once if I send real docs it won't pass.

So I hired a guy to photoshoped for me, sent them to ebay, short after that I got a message that I didn't pass the verification.

How can I get back to ebay then?

Yes I did, they just answered you didn't pass the verification--without any deep explanation...
I am 70% sure it states on the docs..they probably recognized that they were by photoshop.

ebay suspended indefinitely because of unpaid fees, and paypal was linked so it was banned too

I used real phone number and real residential ip

You can buy an account- but with MP they are now asking for re-verification eventually anyway.
