So does all this even matter in a long run? The era of site marketing is over. The era of easy YouTube fame is also over. What remains now? It takes a hell lot of effort for making it at the top and unless we flush a lot of $$$ or get sponsored to flush the sponsorship $$$ into marketing, none of this self marketing works really. Channels like Mr.Beast are able to grow out of nowhere because we all know, they showed in huge $$$ to get to the top view charts and suggested videos chart which had a ripple effect and made them get huge sponsorships, which gave more way to use $$$ and get more following. Now they probably use less harvestors and less bullish marketing because of enough base but sustain insane income from huge deals.

Now this means that unless we have a good budget to begin with, we're climbing at a squirrels pace and while we climb at this speed, we might even loose the little train of hope thats left on YouTube because this will also be closed by channels that can buy more harvests and marketing.

Any ideas for small channel without having to grind like crazy? Yeah quality content and all. Some of my Brand accounts have highest levels of quality out there, but getting people into it is really hard. Especially with the fact that even the big channels only see less than half their views subbed to them. This train of grind only gives hope and very less monetary outcome at the end. Time wasted.

I better invest a 100$ in stocks and build from there than waste it in blackhat seo grind. Long term benefit in this grind do not outweigh the loss.

Sounds like a loser's mindset.
Nah.. I'm completely optimistic but slowly loosing hope because how much hard it's to SEO as compared to 5y back when I joined to help other's grind and make them $, getting my small share. But now when it's come to me wanting my own, I see the time & money investment it takes.
Time is the main thing that's problem for me here.. If I want a stable income and not live like shit, I cannot make self content progress, because I still have to work for others to get the share..

What do you suggest or think?

If you really care about your niche, you keep your motivation & discipline, and there's a market for it, you're bound to make it on Youtube.

It's a lot easier with paid tools for keywords, and use of these in tags, descriptions & titles, but it can be done manually as well.

everybody has to start from scratch somewhere... It is hard but if you could think of a profitable/viable niche that is so unique you might end up like MrBeast.

Yup. As far I know, Mr.Beast invested good initially for views to get on top charts. But yeah, his content is very much good standard and marketing click bait. He started with those 'watching something for 2 days' type videos. Reddit and community marketing seems to be working really good now. Hope is there for good content. But intial grind is tough.
Thanks for reply.

the problem with you is you dont have enough experience on how yt works. everyone thinks u need blackhat to grow but thats false.
no one is going to tell u the method.
there is organic method to grow on yt with consistency without blackhat.
giving up will not work.
everyone thinks blackhat is the only way but that is wrong.

i do both whitehat and blackhat, but i have channels that i did whitehat, that went from zero to 500k subs within 2 months.
my investment was zero.

while anyone can buy views and get to top trends with the right blackhat methods, dont simply assume that MrBeast did buy views.
he was on platform for long and
his content is pure Algo triggering content(high quality).
such type of channels dont necessarily need smm panels and can grow fully organic with zero investment.

ill say this one time, ive grown channel to 500k subs with zero investment and just my time spent on making content.
so u r wrong.

u have a long way to go to to understand yt.

content is king
