I know this Is my first message here and it might get very little attention. Not only because of it being the first, but because of the clickbait title... which is not btw.

Also, please apologize my English - not my primary language.
And no, I'm not a 14yo teenager seated in a Nigerian coffeeshop trying to scam at any cost.

I make pretty decent revenue with my IT company, i'm expert in several technical fields and I have a team behind me for all sort of tasks.

One of my businesses worked very well last year (thousands € a day pure profit), but it has been shutdown by google very quickly.
So i moved to other search engines where I make much less, since.

It is all about exploiting a specific niche, and what is need right now is to get back to google ads to make it run again.
This niche is absolutely not illegal, just against some arbitrary google rules.

Anyone with serious skills when it comes to dealing with google ads disapprovement ?
Any advice would be welcome

It doesn't seem to be a consensus about what a good clocker is ; the thing is that avoid bots and G ips is not enough as manual reviewers seems to use domestic ips nowadays

Spending in ads is not a problem - it seems that threshold account are meant to let you spend more than you can buy, or am I misunderstood ? please apologize the newbie question, I could not find the exact meaning of threshold account.

Depends how "bad" the ads is, you can send multiple times untile it get approved by changing the "bad keywords" letters to different characters but with similar visual. For exemple change L's with I's ...don't worry the ad if approved will target correctly. You might have to re-submit the ad many times.
As someone said you can cloak, I never tried, but I think new ads always go throug a manual review. (?)
You can also do 100% legit ad and then, once approved, use a redirect to your landing. It works, but ofc that will slightly increase load time and possibly bounce rate.

I tried justcloakit on Google : but campaigns still get quickly suspended. Anyone with experience in blackhat SEA would be welcomed to work with me, I offer 8% of ad spendings with no ceiling. we could go as far as 3000€ ad spending a day easily
