I am using bin 489504 for the card generator
I get blocked after launching an ad
I also use an antidetect browser

it means your card's BIN is flagged and you got to get rid of that when applying on adwords. try other providers

It also depends on gmail account, of course vcc plays big role too

Don't give them a chance to get caught in the first place. Sometimes Google ADS flag you without reason and then you must call them.
From 10 accounts,8 will be flagged and from those with the call, you can reinstate 4. This is my experience and notes that you will take a lot of effort and time.
