I don't know what kind of crime we are talking about , I use the method of viewing , comments and likes from my farm of accounts - I use different devices , mobile proxies . On a long video, I bought the watch time views in order to gain 4000 hours
I shoot the video myself, music from the free music library YouTube . I also mount it myself

But careful, Google tends to know how to sniff out those fake/ bot accounts.
