You can offer to buy the method from people who sell accounts here, but I doubt it would be cheap. If they would do it at all.

I don't agree with you, there are some vcc (private) is still working. Saying from my personal experience.

Your problem can be that you are limited depend on the country ur from, let's say that you are from Africa, you have limited choice to test vccs, since you can't apply for EU, US Assia EMI accounts
Just dont Give up, Even Africa have Vccs that works for Paypal Facebook and Gads and easy to submit "KYC", but like others said no one will tell you the good/bad ones, you must test ur self
Also you can come across a good vcc quality and you think its bad, cuz the way you setup the acct is wrong, just keep experimenting
