If links are not clickable than it is as good as dead. Why don't you try sending an image of QR code where user will be directed to your offer page? From my understanding, QR code are still not controlled and filtered.
That could be automated but mess with so many things that will flag your account in zero ( Share profile is supposed to only be from mobile ) already wrote an alternative but this is just a small preview of what's coming made it just for fun but if you are 100% on Instagram DMS jump away
A QR code could work but it will become just harder and harder for everyone to automate after something is patched

We're sending thousands of DMs on a daily basis, and there is no issue here
New Europe Rules and the fact that automating that is totally posible but risky I played with that and even managed to send only the thumbnail of the message without the link
Did you tested on iOS?

I just tried it manually myself. Notice the screenshot I posted above. The @ is not clickable anymore

Guys, be up to date.. The sharing post feature isn't available anymore since at least 3-4 weeks now.. Try without it.

Either you have a workaround we don't know or you are in denial. Simply @ing the page in the DM doesn't work anymore because the recipient can't click it. The recipient would have to type it in themselves. Do you think they will?? THEY WON'T. ITS OVER.

Don't drama things. Think twice, test things, and see yourself. Everything is working fine over 3000 accounts here, and we are not the only ones.

I don't believe you. Please show you can send clickable @'s in your Mass DM's. When probably all day you have been sending DM's that don't work. You will see a huge drop in results tomorrow if you are Mass DMing.
Do you Mass Comment?
Some people are getting unclickable @ that's enough to start thinking about a second alternative

I can send and receive @'s through DM, seems like they didn't make the update on all users or only Europe? Perhaps they're testing something out, like when they removed likes for Canadians and Australians.
I highly highly doubt they will ever completely remove the ability to share another profile through DM, it is quite an important setting of IG dm's and regular users wouldn't be too happy if they couldn't be able to share pages or posts with their friends anymore.

Finally, thank you. To make things a bit more clear, since ~25 days, DMs via "Profile Sharing" isn't clickable anymore, after EU GPDR regulation. It's a fact, and only affects EU users. So, step your game @CopeFreeLife and everything will be alright
i update to new messaging system, sent one of my accounts an' @AccountName' and when i tried to click on the account on my other accounts message -- nothing. It is now just words on the screen with nothing clickable. i am in California -- not Europe
