Disclaimer: Youtube Algorithm changes from time to time. The info I’m showing here may not be 100% accurate so do your own research before taking this post for granted.
Over the last few years I have discovered a lot of stuff about how YouTube algorithm works and I have an Idea on what can lead a channel to success or bury it deep into the 475th page.
One of the things a channel needs to succeed is to start from the very bottom or with Subscribers that are interested on your content and are actually watching your videos. I have been using this ratio to what leads to better results: Average Views per New Video / Subscribers. The higher this ratio gets the higher your videos will rank overtime.
This is an important note since it can drastically affect CTR too. When your channel has a CTR lower than 5% your video will not by any means show up on Youtube Suggestions or Up next Section. You will definitely lower your Click Through Rate by buying fake Subscribers who do never watch your videos. Don’t chase numbers
