I came to my hometown for a few days to take care of some stuff, and I'm staying at my grandmom.

The TV is spinning 24/7, showing a show where a bunch of people are locked in a house together, screaming, shouting, arguing, fighting and behaving like retards and whores.

And then of course there are ads. And 90% of the ads are like, you have a hemorrhoid? Buy this. You have a weak immune system? Buy this. HPV, headaches, spinal problems, prevent cancer, prevent disease, eye problems, etc etc.

And then the news come on, and it's corona this, death that, impeachment this, murder that.

I'm losing my grip on reality. I mean, I don't live in reality, I live in a room alone and I work. But I'm losing my grip on... my bubble! I feel weird. I want to take the TV and burn it.

I don't know. The worst part is the ads about drugs. It doesn't even matter if it's natural vitamins whatever or hardcore drugs, they all make me sick because they keep talking about fucking disease and health problems. STOP IT!

Stop watching news. I only watch news once a day for few minutes and I know that all the bad stuff is bloated because that is what makes news interesting for watchers and what makes them money, but that is totally not real image of world. Last year I have read amazing book called Factfulness where it is perfectly explained that news are pretty much bullshit. So if you have time read or get it as audiobook instead of watching tv that pretty much only makes people stupid.
