What they forgot to tell you is, it's "Relatively" precise, relatively being the important word.
Imagine I'm trying to rank for the keyword "What is beef"
And all the top 10 serps are "what is pork"
Then my spammy "what is bacon" article is more precise than the pork articles.
What they are trying to avoid saying is this "If you automate spun content in a way it's automatically generated and posted to your website, you'll find that many keywords with no answers, that your spun articles will be the most precise and rank 1st, and you'll make a shit ton of money"

Spammy content ranks better because you can do keyword stuffing and the on-page will be better.

You can start with removing the and after the comma.
Also you don't need to end with - 'explain me this', you have already asked when you said how.

yeah in the english market it would be really hard, it has done well after the last G update, it lost a bit but not to much,
