Klaviyo issue

So I'm having this issue with Klaviyo and it's about to drive me crazy. I use Klaviyo with Shopify and I've setup the javascript and everything; however, whenever someone signs up to the email marketing form it adds them to profiles but not the the newsletter list. Please if you have any solution let me know.

I didn't have a selected list for people who accept marketing in the shopify integration settings
