Winter swimming

I know its not a weekend and i live in Greece where it's not cold, definitely not Russia! But meeen! Yesterday for the first time i did winter swimming, and its soooo gooood, definitely like therapy, medicine!

With the first touch with the water, my testicles frozen but soon they adopted it was like swimming in the honey!

And today. i feel so refreshed and energized!

From now, ill do it often, and i suggest You to try it, it is great!!!

In the uk there many that swim even clubs in winter.

But It seems there a lot of sun tan shops with special body freezes to help with weight and pain.

The cold seems to heal.

There even cold laser treatment now days

I did it on the 21th of December, living in North of France. It was cold AF, like couldn't feel my feet getting out of the water, but felt so good right after it, like couldn't even explain, I'd say just go for it!

I have generaly problem living in Greece with humidity, but this helped me a lot, like i dont feel it in that way like before...

Yes, it was around 15 C i think...Definitely not revolutionary like with the ice

Near to me is a swimming pool without a roof and practice winter swimming all the time. Outside' temperature is -3 grades. I like it.
