I'd say I'm an average looking guy, and I didn't have much money back in my early 20s when I was still studying. Still, I never had problems getting to know nice and/or pretty girls, in fact I was asked out ~50% of the time by them instead of the other way around. One of those I married and it was the best fucking decision ever.
My secret if it wasn't the looks or the money (and I'm not that funny either)?
I took a GENUINE interest in them. I enjoyed talking and doing nice stuff with them. I didn't just try to get laid. I was confident. I wasn't desperate because I was perfectly fine when I was alone.
Long story short: Don't act like an asshole (aka an Incel) towards women, but don't be a desperate wuss either. Treat them like normal persons instead of putting them on a pedestal or vilifying them. Learn to like yourself first before you want others to like you.
If your looks are truly way below average, you'll have a harder time dating, no doubt. Same goes for women, though.
Honestly, people with an Incel attitude shouldn't be entrepreneurs. Bitching and whining about how unfair the world is, giving up when they experience failure, and not wanting to put in the hard work that's necessary to improve - that's the perfect mentality for a 9 to 5 job somewhere at an assembly line.
If you don't want to put in hard work, don't be surprised if things don't work out for you. That's true in every aspect of life.
