Promotions are restricted. Need help

I have a graphic design instagram page and yesterday i decided to promote one of my posts. I selected the budget and audience and Instagram banned me, without any heads up.
Now i’m getting this error mesaage in my notifications and when i submit a review, nothing happens. Anyone knows how to fix this?

My goal for now is profile visits and boosting my engagement on specific posts. Will i be able to boost my ig posts directly from the ads manager?

Yes, you can choose the "Specific Post" option when you create your ad. It's better than just boosting it through the apps.
