Sometimes the feeling of money is the same as game points. It's just a number.
But when you have no money, money feels like food. Something that you desperate need. A life.

I can only talk from personal experience OP - I hope this helps.
Spent years trying different ideas.. new ways of adapting old ideas, working 7 days a week for 12 hours+ per day and having to go through about 3 or 4 failed ideas until I found the one.
I remember back to when I used to have to worry about money, always stressed over getting more of it and never having enough. But this one idea really worked and I finally made it.
At the end of the process of designing, creating, launching and monetizing the concept I was able to sell the business it to someone else for $25.
Now, if I want to by a packet of chewing gum.. I just do it, whenever I want. I feel like a king tbh.

Depends on what you consider a lot of money.
There's being comfortable - where you live within your means and your expectations are modest(e.g., you don't need to have a luxury car or fly in a private jet), but you also can buy what you want (within reason) and don't live paycheck to paycheck.
Then there's uber wealthy where money is no object, but it also has no value. If you can afford to own a private jet and private island, I'd argue money starts to lose its value to the point that you can't/don't appreciate it. Plus once you have crazy wealth, you never know if people genuinely like you or just like your money.
Some of the wealthiest people I know are extremely depressed as a result of it.
