I got several deindexed domain since last September.
What do you think the best way to make use of it?

If there be indexed with no heigh da value there dead forget them.

If they got heigh da then pbn

If they are legit sites, try to understand what caused the issue and get the penalty lifted. However, if you were using them as PBNs, there is a very slim chance of getting them indexed again, so I would just forget it and move on.

Hmm I see. So it won't ever get re indexed again?

I would advise you to leave the domain completely once it has been flagued by Google. Also be careful that the server is not too.
How do I check for server that got penalty from Google?

Can you elaborate on this?
Buy two domains, redirect the pbn to the first domain and then the first domain to the second domain. This used to work very well some years ago to lift a penalty, I don't know if it still works

Check the manual spam action in GSC, if its Pure Spam, you can ignore the domain.

I think you mean if domain contains some great backlinks. Cause High DA don't mean a shit.

Also deindexed website as a PBN referral ? Useless. Only for selling cheap PBN's on Fiverr :D . It will be even smarter to a make 301 on a new site or PBN.

if those domain got High DA then you can use them for PBN.
Of course its a great idea to use domains with manual "pure spam" penalty for PBNs...
@OP if they have decent links - add some good content, ask fore reconsideration and thats it - once the penalty is lifted they are ready to go. If there is no links and the names are not good, better to abandon them.
