Are my followers low quality?

Hi! My account is almost 11k, 1500-2000 followers usually see my posts and 450-700 of them are liking, does it means that they are low engaging and thats the reason why IG don’t push my posts to another followers? I never saw stats from another similar accounts and honestly don’t know how bad is my situation.
And if its bad what should I do? As I know deleting of inactive followers is dangerous now, and at the same time I see that focusing on content and call to actions don’t work well too, because they are still not interacting.
Im just afraid that its ruining my account and destroying any chance for organic growth. Account just stuck at this amount of engagement and don’t moves from a year ago when I was at 6k with same reach, I understand that since winter 2019 algorithm changed and decreased reach more, but still nervous. I'll be very grateful for your tips and suggestions.

Run Ads. Get the things done. WA, IG and FB is owned by some person. Either invest into creating highly visual reach content or Pay them to buy. Organic is almost dead until you ready to invest heavily.

I don't think that's bad honeslty, 500+ likes for 11k followers means about 5% ER. It could be way more, but it also could be worst if you didn't have real followers. So, let's just push your followers number in the grind game, and get your engagement up

I don't think 500 likes is that bad. However you can increase engagement by posting more and consistently. You could also try entirely changing your content and increase interactions with your followers

Thank you for answering, it brings hope! I just afraid that no matter how much new followers Im getting engagement rate will decrease, because when I was at 6-8k it was about 8-12% and now its just decreasing, because for some strange reason Instagram keeps reach and visibility at the same level, its weird because I don't use automation,banned tags and do all actions manual, don't push limits and searching targeted followers in my niche from competitors with similar content..so theoretically it would work but in practice it feels like a stuck

Thank you for answer! How frequent its better to post? I've been posting one time in 2 days, thinking that its gives more time for Instagram to show this work to more followers and get more likes, but don't know if it worth it?
Now Im thinking about posting everyday maybe?
Im an artist and trying to grow account for selling my figurines and for commissions, so I can't make many viral content like repost accounts do, because it takes much more time and effort. But Im using at posts similar tricks like competitors from explore page do, but sadly nothing helps to hit explore more than 50-250 views

Have you tried tuning up your content a bit? Based on your business, you can check what your competetors are posting on their feed and then revamp your content and experiment with creating posts similar to what they are following.

The liking ratio should be around 5%-8% range for a good account and at least around 10%-12% for a great account with those numbers.

And yes I tried, even switched styles and types of posts, always keeping my posts at the same level (with good camera quality, bright colors, cute style and another details) as competitors posts on explore, doing it all similar to what people from my niche like the most .. the best engagement Im getting when posting a bunch of new products when there are many colorful figurines at one place or in my hand, but I physically can't make this type of posts because it takes time and effort to make new ones every time

Thank you for good advice! I have a list of about 7000 "ghost" followers who didn't like my last 15 posts and I thought about go liking/commenting them how do you think will it help? Maybe if they will like back its a chance that it will bring me back at their feed?

Thank you! I heard a theory that in nowadays Instagram deleting of ghosts will hurt account and reach will decrease, so Im really afraid to removing them
My story views are vary between 300-1000, so they are even worse than feed reach, but Im not very active at stories

While it's good to take in account the differences,you should only do so in order to observe what you can improve on your own acc ,but at the same time you have to be aware that some accs have better engagement rate than others,and also from reasons unrelated to you,but simply because they got to find followers that are spending more time online than yours..
