The Three Commandments of BHW

— Don’t be a dick —
This is fairly self-explanatory. We expect users to have a basic level of respect for the forum, our moderators and other BHW members.

That being said, we have a much more relaxed atmosphere than other forums - members here tend to swear and make fun of each other. This isn't necessarily hateful or bullying. Poking at each other is part of the banter, and we prefer it when our members don't take themselves too seriously and can have a bit of a laugh.

We will warn members for being malicious and abusive to other members, or if they take trolling too far.

just saw a post on Facebook from Huel about a new mural they have in their office and it reminded me straight away of blackhatworld and this thread :p

always hated guys being rude and killing someones confidence without teaching them properly or being patient.. I mean theres levels of patience but still lol

What if I have a justified case when the seller didn't provide the right service? I don't want to be a dick and destroy someone's opinion on the forum but at the same time I am wasting my time and money.

I love this part. Feels more like a family here on BHW. Love the atmosphere already.
Thanks for welcoming us newbies like me and writing comprehensive guides to get started.
Already bookmarked some pinned threads to help me get used to here, also as reminders of what not to do.
Let's have fun.

It's like a summary of Terms of services or the rules of this website but it's very important to read the whole though.

Great to keep on reminding ourselves intermittently on these commandments/rules.
I'm tired of belonging to other forums which inevitably become weighed down by scammy products and/or links. It's important to keep the boundaries tight.

I am kinda concerned that people are posting thank you comments and repeatedly post nonsense on this thread just to boost their profiles. Like, literally on a Thread that says not to do that....

Seriously... https://www.blackhatworld.com/help/terms.

If you take one look at the rules and go "TL;DR", then we can't help it if you receive an infraction at some point down the line.

What's important to know is that our rules for new members essentially boil down to three basic principles:

1) Don't sell
2) Don't spam
3) Don't be a dick
Read and understood. Thanks for the info, warnings, and heads up. I look forward to learning, growing, and hopefully earning with you guys.

Being a beginner I always look for these rules to understand them well
Thanks

Most large forums are usually pretty dauting to grasp the rules. It's easy to jump right in and start searching for what you're looking for and get lost in the weeds. I decided to take each newbie step one at a time so I don't get lost. Thanks for summarizing the rules in to three easy to understand guidelines!

This post is Biblical for the newbies like me. All I scared about most is 'spamming'. I want to avoid it fully as I know exactly How it feels to be identified as a spammer and got banished from the first place. Newbie'ans be aware of spamming be shined. Just have to read read and read.

And one more thing forgot to mention is 'this 3 amendments ' is the most righteous and should be top most prior for any newbie'ans to set foot here on BHW. Happy journey will be the achievement for sure.

As someone who has received some warnings before, I know exactly where I went wrong. Now I will try to keep these 3 amendments in my mind before taking any actions in the forum.

Spam is never good. Especially in inappropriately large quantities

LOL i'm glad i read this before i start posting, or trolling in the posts, thanks for all the information, I believe start reading is really really important here!

This may sound weird but I actually enjoyed reading the rules. There was a lot of stuff in there that points to the authors/owners of this site having an authentic understanding of the world outside of their sphere of existence. Reassured me that we are in good hands on this site.

New to the platform hope so it will be good .
Welcome... New as well and The amount of knowledge I have gained of the past few days is crazy. Not to mention the resources. The moderators vet everything for scams and general fuckery. It's really an amazing site and I think you'll realize that pretty quick.
