Bing removed my site

Bing removed my 3 sites from the SERP. All are CPA sites based on Roblox free robux. The domains are EMD. I gave bulk backlinks to the sites Like 20-30 Baclinks in a day for per site. When the sites came on first page then Bing removed the site.

Is there any method to reindex it on Bing?

Already complained but they told me that my site breaks there rules

How they determine a site index spam. Is it for aggressive backlinks?

This is was the test site, I put on in June, on July start showing up then boom it a few good months. Now, my only concern if they update once a year, or twice, because I didn`t test from January. Now the site it's completely removed from Bing, I eat just a few hundred of UV daily from Google.

It's not about RD, but the spam itself.
